1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting or using png2svg.art (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

png2svg.art converts raster images (PNG, JPG, WebP) into SVG vector graphics and offers related vector tools such as an SVG editor, an SVG optimizer and PNG export, and an AI logo, icon, sticker and badge generator (the Logo studio). Tracing is deterministic image processing; you see the complete traced preview before deciding to unlock the clean file. The Service is published by Nothing But Meow LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and guest use

• You may use the Service as a guest for a limited number of previews (5 a day); a verified account raises the limit to 100 a day.
• Accounts are created by signing in with Google. We do not store passwords.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload images you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Circumvent quotas, credits or payment.
• Ask the AI logo generator for sexual content, content involving minors, hate symbols or hateful content, graphic violence, real people (including public figures), or characters, logos and trademarks that belong to others.
• Upload or describe a person, a character or an artwork unless you have the rights and the consent needed to use it.
• Make badges, seals or marks that imitate an official, government, military or police emblem or insignia, a national flag or coat of arms, or a certification, accreditation, security or rating mark of another organisation.
• Make badges that claim a certification, award, accreditation, endorsement, guarantee or security you do not have.

6. Credits, plans and payments

• Previews are free within the published quotas. Credits are counted in whole units; credits are one balance, spent on any tool at the price shown on the button before you start it (a clean SVG is 1 credit). Creating a preview never spends credit; re-downloading an unlocked result is free while it is stored. Paid credits do not expire. Each verified account receives 3 бесплатных кредита, once.
• Prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and exclude tax: applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated at checkout from your location and added to the amount shown; prices may be presented in your local currency at checkout. The published terms of a purchase never change retroactively; a later price change applies to new purchases only.
• When an annual plan is offered, it is charged once a year and grants the number of credits stated on the pricing page at the start of each monthly period of the paid year. It renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; cancelling stops the renewal, and credits already granted and the remaining paid period are unaffected.
• Merchant of record. Purchases are sold through Link, a service of Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”), which acts as the merchant of record for every payment: Stripe collects the payment, calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT or GST based on your location, sends receipts and invoices, and handles payment-related support, refunds and disputes. Your card statement shows the purchase as LINK.COM* followed by our name. Purchases sold through Link are also subject to Stripe’s terms for buyers (Sold through Link); you can view your orders, update payment details and manage subscriptions at link.com as well as in your account billing page.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund policy and are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

7. Results

A traced SVG is an approximation of the uploaded image built from flat color regions. Results vary with the source image and the settings you choose; the preview shows exactly what you will receive. We do not warrant that an SVG suits a specific machine, software or workflow. Files above 25 MB or 24.0 megapixels are rejected, and a conversion that exceeds 180 seconds is stopped and is not charged.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Nothing But Meow LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Your content

You keep all rights in the images you upload and in the vectors made from them. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the Service (tracing, previews, editing, storage for the retention period). We do not use your files to train models and do not sell them. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive. See the Privacy policy for retention details.

10. AI-generated logos, icons, stickers and badges

The AI logo generator makes logo images, sets of icons, sticker packs and badges from the brief or the list you write, with an image model of our image provider, OpenAI — or, when it is unavailable, with the open-source Ming-Image-0.1-Design model on our own server (see the Privacy policy). Generating needs an account. Four logo ideas, or four refinements of one, cost the price stated on the button: the credits are held from your balance when they start and returned automatically if the logos are not delivered. A request we refuse under section 5 costs nothing. An icon set, a sticker pack, one badge or a badge set, or a round of changes to any of them, costs the price stated on its button in the same way. A badge’s tiers and states and its downloads are included unless a price is shown on their button. Turning a logo you generated into an SVG costs what the Logo studio states for it (by default it is included); an image you upload is priced like any other upload.

As between you and us, you own the logos, icons, stickers and badges you generate, and we assign to you any rights we may have in them, as far as the law allows. In some countries an image made by an AI model is not protected by copyright, and a model can produce similar images for other people. We do not check, and cannot guarantee, that a name or a logo is free to use or can be registered as a trademark: search the relevant trademark registers, and take advice where it matters, before you rely on one. You are responsible for how you use your logos, icons, stickers and badges. Stickers are for your own use and your own packs; check a platform’s rules before you publish a pack. You are responsible for any claim a badge makes about you or your business, and for following the rules of the platform you upload it to.

Logos, icons, stickers and badges from the AI logo generator are AI-generated, and we say so in the name of the file you download and in the file itself. Where it matters to the people who see a logo, an icon, a sticker or a badge, do not present it as made without AI.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT A TRACED RESULT OR A GENERATED LOGO, ICON, STICKER OR BADGE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT A GENERATED LOGO, ICON, STICKER OR BADGE IS ORIGINAL OR FREE OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTHING BUT MEOW LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse quotas or attempt to bypass payment. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; paid credits and unlocked files are removed with it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail or a notice on the Service, and material changes to the terms you have accepted are presented for acceptance again. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
