What this tool does
Each page you choose becomes a PNG at the resolution you pick: 72 DPI for screens, 150 for documents, 300 for print. A white background gives the page as it prints; a transparent one keeps only what is drawn on it. One page downloads as a PNG; several come in a ZIP, and each page also downloads on its own. Convert to SVG sends a page on to the image converter. Your PDF is processed on our servers and is private to you.
Limits
PDFs up to 25 MB and 30 pages at a time; each page up to 24 megapixels, and up to 64 MB of PNG files per run. Processing stops after 60 s.
Troubleshooting
My PDF is password-protected
Remove the password in your PDF app (or print the document to a new PDF), then upload the new file. This tool never asks for a password.
Text looks blurry
Choose 300 DPI. 72 DPI suits screens and small previews; 150 DPI suits most documents.
A page came out at a lower resolution
A very large page, such as a poster or a drawing, is converted at the highest resolution that keeps the image a manageable size. The result says which pages.
Not every page was converted
A run converts a limited number of pages (see Limits). Type the others in Pages, such as 31-60, and convert again.
