Failed conversions

A conversion that fails or times out is never charged. If a charge was reserved it is released automatically.

Credit packs

A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credit from it has been spent. Partially used packs are refunded pro rata for unspent credits at the operator's discretion.

Annual plan

Cancelling stops the next renewal and never removes the year you paid for. Refund requests for a renewal charged in the previous 14 days are honoured when no credits from the new period have been spent.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back through the original payment provider to the original payment method. Refunded credits are revoked; if a refunded credit was already spent, the corresponding unlock is withdrawn. Every refund is recorded and visible in your billing history.
