Failed jobs

A job that fails or times out is never charged. If a charge was reserved it is released automatically.

Credit packs

A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credit from it has been spent. Partially used packs are refunded pro rata for unspent credits at our discretion.

Annual plan

Cancelling stops the next renewal and never removes the year you paid for. Refund requests for a renewal charged in the previous 14 days are honored when no credits from the new period have been spent.

How refunds are issued

Purchases are sold through Link (Stripe) as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and include any sales tax, VAT or GST you paid; Stripe sends the refund notice. Refunded credits are revoked; if a refunded credit was already spent, what it was spent on is withdrawn. Every refund is recorded and visible in your billing history.

Use the support page in your dashboard and reference the order shown in billing history. For payment-related questions you can also contact Link support, which can issue refunds for purchases sold through Link within 60 days of the transaction in certain cases.
